Is the PP GPS Wristwach waterproof?


No, The PP GPS wristwatch is NOT waterproof, but is water resistent. The PP GPS wristwatch can withstand splashing water, rain, and can be submerged under water for short periods of time.




How to request a Refund?


To request a refund please call +1(888)765-3302 It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund with PP GPS Inc. Once the refund is processed and sent to your card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank's processing speeds) for the refund to post to your account. In total it can take 9-14 business days for you to recieve your refund.




Does the PP GPS Wristwatch come with a warranty?


Yes, the PP GPS Inc. devices come with a (90) day warranty. PinPoint GPS Inc warranty cover the device software and circuitry hardware. PinPoint GPS Inc reserve the right to deny ALL warranties, if the GPS device is found to be damaged by the customer negligence.
