Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing time - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days Monday thru Friday.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.

Internationally Shipping 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days Monday thru Friday. Please allow 7-10 business days for your Goods to be delivered outside the United Sates. If Goods are being shipped outside the United States, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for such charges and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the Goods. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port of customs purpose and We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs tampering.

Tracking Shipped Orders

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of purchase, you will receive an automated email from either PinPoint GPS Inc and/or UPS/USPS/FedEx with your tracking number once the order is shipped. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your PinPoint device within (30) days of the purchase date. The PinPoint device must be in good store condition. PinPoint GPS Inc. reserves the right to deny ALL refunds, if the Pinpoint device is found to be damaged by the customer negligence. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for refunds and processing time. All discounted items are FINAL sale.

Please note: Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

PinPoint devices come with (90) day warranty. PinPoint GPS Inc. warranty cover the device Software and Circuitry Hardware. PinPoint GPS Inc. reserves the right to deny ALL warranties, if the PinPoint device is found to be damaged by the customer negligence. 

Return & Exchange Policy.

To be eligible for a refund, a Product must be returned with all related accessories and be in store new condition, PinPoint GPS Inc. reserves the right to deny ALL refunds if the device have been damaged or altered in any way, if the device is found to be damaged due to customer negligence. No Refund will be issued. For all returns, including within (30) days, Customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Effect of Termination Upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement, Customer’s right to use the services provided by the Company in connection with the Product will automatically terminate.
